STAT Handbook

The STAT handbook contains a step by step guide for service providers wishing to implement the STAT model. This handbook has been created and made freely available to help service providers to apply an evidence-based approach to the problem of health service waiting lists.

The handbook alone is a great resource, but implementing any new initiative in isolation is challenging. Training in the STAT model is available, and visitors who download the handbook may wish to join our community of practice. Members of our community of practice have access to interactive forums to ask questions, share ideas and access to a wide range of additional resources.
